Delete your Hora account
Deleting your account permanently erases your data. It can't be undone.
Delete it in the app (quickest)
- Open Hora and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the edit (pencil) icon next to your name.
- Tap Delete profile and data, choose a reason, and confirm.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
If you subscribed, cancel first or you will keep being billed:

No longer have the app?
Enter the email address of your Hora account. We'll email you a link to confirm the deletion.
Signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email? Use your
@privaterelay.appleid.com address (find it in your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple → Hora),
or email hello@hora.health.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login, profile, goals and onboarding answers
- Food logs, food scans, meal plans and weight history
- Cycle, symptom, medication, lab result and hormone data, and the health documents you uploaded
- Ask Hora chats, to-dos and settings
What we keep
- If you chose a reason when deleting in the app: that reason, with no link to you.
- Photos you uploaded (profile photo, progress pictures and food photos), stored with our image host Cloudinary. These are not yet removed automatically: email hello@hora.health and we'll delete them within one month.
- Purchase records held by Apple, Google and our subscription provider RevenueCat, which they keep for tax and refunds.
- Pseudonymous diagnostics (Sentry) and usage analytics (PostHog), not linked to your name or email, until they expire under those providers' retention periods.
